#R1##CL2# Mordikai has taken the fight to the clinch.
Mordikai has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Mckay is trying to pull guard but Mordikai has him pressed against the cage. Mordikai is pressed up against the cage. Mckay has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Mordikai down to the mat. Mordikai avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. #TD# Mckay throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mordikai was covering up waiting for the punch and Mckay finishes the takedown easily into guard. Mckay might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Mordikai wants to sweep here but Mckay controlling him for the moment. Mordikai wants to stand up but Mckay is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU# Mckay stands and steps away. Mordikai gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Mordikai throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mordikai connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Mordikai jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Mckay changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mordikai tries to avoid it but Mckay manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mordikai to the ground. Mordikai escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joseph Mckay. That's going to take a lot out of him. Good exchange - Mordikai coming out on top. Mordikai connects with a single shot there.#CUT2# It looks like Joseph Mckay has been cut. Mordikai scores with a punch to the head.#KD2# Mordikai drops Mckay with a beautiful combination! Mckay stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mordikai is looking for the KO!#ROC2# Mckay is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mordikai drops Mckay with a straight right hand, right on the button! Mordikai follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
