It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fox wants it to stay on the feet. A counter left hand to the body from Fox misses its target.#CL2# Rydelli moves into the clinch successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fox tries to circle away but Rydelli has him pinned against the cage. Fox doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Rydelli keeps control of Fox as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. #T1# Fox wants to break free but Rydelli has control.
Rydelli wants a takedown but no success here.
Burt Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Rydelli. Rydelli is working for a takedown up against the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fox tries to circle away but Rydelli has him pinned against the cage. Daniel Rydelli has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Burt Fox is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Fox wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rydelli has him pressed against the cage.

#R1# Aki defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rydelli. Aki swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Nice straight punches there by Aki. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Aki. Rydelli gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Aki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Rydelli takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Aki connects with a jab. Rydelli dives in for a single leg takedown but Aki sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Aki! But no joy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Rydelli. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rydelli takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Aki connects with a body shot that sends Rydelli's belly button to the back.#CL2# Aki fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rydelli, pushing him back against the cage. Aki lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rydelli half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Rydelli keeps the fight on the outside. Nice takedown defense from Rowe. No joy for Rydelli on that attempt. Rowe fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Horrible takedown attempt by Rydelli or perhaps it was just good defense by Rowe, which made it look bad. Rowe fails with an attempt to clinch.

Compton wants to stand but Rydelli has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Compton cracks Rydelli with a solid left hand. Compton with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
