Battle could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.#CL# Battle moves into the clinch. Kim struggles to land a body shot inside as Battle controls his hands.
Battle lands with a short shot to the head. Battle crunches a lovely knee into Kim's ribcage. Battle stalling the fight.
#BC# Battle manages to break the clinch.
Kim misses with a wild body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kim lands with an uppercut that bounces Battle off the cage and back into range.#CUT2# It looks like Hipolito Battle has been cut. Kim tests Battle's chin there with a solid looking shot. Kim misses with a body punch
#CL# and Battle counters by clinching up. #T1# Battle effectively controlling the action here. Kim lands a right hand that snaps the head of Battle backwards. Kim tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. #BC# Battle escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

#TD# Battle manages to pull guard.
Battle bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kim's guard. #REVR# Battle content to stall in guard here. Kim is wriggling around but Battle manages to pass to half guard.
#T2# Battle stops Kim from getting back to his feet.
#SU# Battle postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Kim to stand up. Nice defenses there by Battle. Battle misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.#T3# Battle looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Despite the aggression on Kim's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Battle takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Kim misses with an uppercut. It looked like Battle was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Nice body punch from Kim. Kim jabs Battle to the body, keeping him at a distance. Joo Won Kim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A telegraphed right hand from Kim misses the target. Battle has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Battle there as he acknowledges the shot. Kim scores with a hook to the body. Battle takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Battle is breathing heavily.#T4# Battle with a poor takedown and Kim counters with a huge left! Battle is in big trouble! He's backing up but Kim isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Battle from any more damage. A dominating finish by Kim!
