Supertramp shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hubston pinned against the cage. Hubston gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
It looked like Hubston was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Supertramp.

and Supertramp counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hubston won't be happy with that.
Supertramp cracks Hubston with a big right hand but Hubston just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Hubston knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Supertramp on the ground.

A little jabbing left from Hubston on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Kitano is pushing Hubston up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. #BC2#

Taichi Kitano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kitano throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hubston stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hubston avoids the body shot from Kitano.
Hubston is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Hubston takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Vazquez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hubston sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vazquez somewhat.
