West wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Corbin gets slowly back to his feet. West has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad The Island in the buildup to the fight. West defending well as Corbin loads up on a big left hand. West throws a head kick that misses. Corbin feints the counter takedown. Corbin keeps the fight on the outside. Corbin is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. West stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and West wants it to stay on the feet. West swings and misses with a hook to the body.
West throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A left lands for Cormier . Nice cross by Cormier .#CUT2# It looks like Wild West has been cut. Cormier lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
#ROC2# West is rocked! Cormier steps in with a hook that catches West right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Cormier follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! West looks absolutely devastated.

Wehmer moves out of range of the body kick. Wehmer misses with a takedown attempt - West sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. West scores with a one two! Wehmer had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. West lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wehmer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with West but West pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Barney Wehmer. That's going to take a lot out of him. West throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. West throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Wehmer appears to be looking for a counter takedown.#T1# A left lands for West. West manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Wehmer looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
