"Ole!" shouts DeLeon as he jumps to the side. DeLeon catches Weitzman with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!#CUT2# It looks like Andreas Weitzman has been cut. Weitzman with a poor takedown and DeLeon counters with a lovely straight right hand! Andreas Weitzman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Weitzman misses with a takedown attempt and DeLeon counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Weitzman thinking. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andreas Weitzman. That's going to take a lot out of him. DeLeon leaves Weitzman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

This one could be over very soon! Weitzman goes limp - he's gone! Souza jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Obamacare is doing well to control the position and prevent Weitzman from advancing to side control. Weitzman keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.#SUB# Weitzman is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Obamacare is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Sensei throws a big counter combination but Weitzman scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Sensei closes this distance looking for a takedown but Weitzman circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sativa Sensei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Weitzman tries to clinch but Sensei is having none of it. #TD# Sensei closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Weitzman manages to work his way to half guard, despite Sensei's best efforts. Sensei is trying to control the action in half guard but Weitzman is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Sensei uses his free foot to push down on Weitzman's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Weitzman. Weitzman working to try and regain half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Sativa Sensei will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Weitzman manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Weitzman is working for takedown but Sensei is calmly controlling the position for now. Sensei keeps control of Weitzman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Weitzman tries to pull guard but Sensei holds him up against the cage and eventually Weitzman drops back down to his feet.

Andreas Weitzman seems to be getting the better of the standup. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. No luck for Sensei with that takedown attempt. Weitzman tries to close the distance and clinch but Sensei swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. #TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Sensei enables Weitzman to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sensei manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
