#R1# No luck for Sandusky with that takedown attempt. #TD# Sandusky drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sandusky has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Putik! Putik is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Sandusky lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Sandusky looking to control but Putik is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Putik is bucking up trying to escape but Sandusky cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Putik really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sandusky. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Putik is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Sandusky lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Putik can't escape the position.

#R1# Trudeau tries a head kick but it misses.
Sandusky fails with the takedown. Trudeau unleashes a big counter combination but Sandusky bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Sandusky changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Trudeau tries to avoid it but Sandusky manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Trudeau to the ground. Trudeau escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. #CL# Sandusky moves into range and clinches up with Trudeau.#BC2# Trudeau breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've been informed that Trudeau has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Trudeau throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sandusky. Trudeau takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Sandusky definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Sandusky shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Trudeau pinned against the cage. Trudeau gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gary Sandusky. That's going to take a lot out of him. #R1# A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sandusky is defended easily by Schwarzeneg. Veli Schwarzeneg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sandusky fails with a takedown attempt. Schwarzeneg is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Sandusky. Schwarzeneg shoots in for a takedown but Sandusky shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sandusky looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Sandusky throws a sloppy head kick and Schwarzeneg moves out of range easily. Sandusky tries to clinch but Schwarzeneg is having none of it. Schwarzeneg misses with a head kick.

Sandusky might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jackson Jr haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Jackson Jr avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Sandusky. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The ground and pound from Sandusky seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Sandusky slows the pace down. #T1# Jackson Jr is trying to get back to half guard. Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign! I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Sandusky tries to advance to mount but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. #R1##CL2# Sandusky gets a clinch. #TD# Haynes turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! You can see the frustration on Sandusky's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sandusky takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Sandusky tries to bench press Haynes off him but Haynes keeps the position. Sandusky wants to control but Haynes postures up. Sandusky takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Haynes cracks Sandusky with a big right hand but Sandusky just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
