#R1##TD2# Vrinceanu closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Takashi is trying to improve his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vrinceanu trying to control the action but Takashi is working from the bottom. Takashi is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Vrinceanu trying to control the position but Takashi is working away. Takashi on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Takashi tries to get out of the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vrinceanu tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. #SU2# Vrinceanu stands up. #T1# Vrinceanu scores with a nice strike. Vrinceanu is looking to clinch but Takashi is avoiding it.
Vrinceanu on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Vrinceanu fails with a takedown attempt. Takashi slaps away a takedown attempt from Vrinceanu, before circling back to the center of the mat. Good leg kick by Takashi there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Takashi stuffs the takedown attempt from Vrinceanu. Vrinceanu gets slowly back to his feet. Yamamoto Takashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bogdan Vrinceanu. Takashi throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
