Nijholt lands a damaging elbow. Nijholt comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Nijholt gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Nijholt lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Boyka. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nijholt lands a damaging elbow. Nijholt tries to throw a body punch but Boyka avoids it by throwing Nijholt back against the cage. Nijholt lands a nice shot to the body. Nijholt lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Nijholt lands an elbow that stopped Boyka in his tracks for a moment. Nijholt lands a nice elbow. Our sources have told us that Boyka has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Nijholt has Boyka pressed against the cage. He pushes Boyka back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Nijholt throws a beautiful elbow that sends Boyka crashing to the floor! Nijholt piles on the pressure with more strikes! Boyka is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!

#R1# Goff keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Boyka fails to land the takedown.#TD2# Boyka shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Goff manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Goff preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Boyka wants to pass the guard but Goff is keeping the position. Goff wants to stand up but Boyka is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#ES# Goff has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Boyka is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.#TD# Goff jumps into guard, dragging Boyka to the mat.
Goff wants to sweep here but Boyka controlling him for the moment. #T1# Goff wants to stand but Boyka is controlling the position. Boyka trying to control but Goff is working from the bottom. Boyka is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Boyka wants to control from the top but Goff keeps moving. Boyka looking to sit in guard and control but Goff gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR##T2# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Goff stays in close to Boyka's body and controls the position. Boyka throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Boyka tries to lock up and control but Goff gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Goff controlling the pace for now. A nice elbow there by Goff. Boyka is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Boyka sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.#T3# Goff working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Goff scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Goff perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Goff connects with a body shot that sends Boyka's belly button to the back.#TD# Goff closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Boyka to the mat! Boyka manages to get full guard. Goff is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. #SUB2# Boyka is looking for a triangle but Goff pushes his legs off easily.
Goff controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Goff is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Boyka can do to turn this around?#T4##SUB# Goff is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boyka is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Goff is controlling him. Goff seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#SUB2# Boyka throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Goff escapes and throws Boyka's legs to the side, diving into side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

This is the final round! #R3##TD# Goff throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Boyka was covering up waiting for the punch and Goff finishes the takedown easily into guard. Goff content to stall in guard here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Boyka is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Goff is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.#ES2# Boyka has his feet on Goff's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Boyka is looking to clinch but Goff is avoiding it.

Boyka takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Goff is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Boyka wants to get back to his feet but Goff is in a dominant position and won't allow it. #T4# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Goff preventing the sweep. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Boyka fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Goff swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Boyka tries to clinch but Goff is having none of it. #TD# Goff drives through with a takedown into guard. Goff is working Boyka over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Goff sitting in guard, not really doing much. Goff has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! Erwin Goff showed his dominance in that final round. Well Goff has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
