Henley swivels though and keeps the full guard. #SUB2# Henley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Carioca doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Carioca manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Carioca stopping the sweep attempt from Henley. Carioca trying to control but Henley is working from the bottom. #SUB# Carioca thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carioca wants to control from the top but Henley keeps moving. Carioca is really struggling to control Henley but he's trying to hold on to the position. and Ziskie cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Ziskie leaves Henley with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.#CL2# Ziskie gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Ziskie gets underhooks to prevent Henley's takedown attempt.

#R1# Nice body punch from Henley. Siracha has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Henley looks for a takedown but Siracha sprawls well. Siracha throws a big counter combination but Henley scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Henley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Siracha with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Siracha misses with a wild body shot. Henley looks to land a combination but Siracha avoids it well. A big left from Henley misses. Henley throws a right and a left that both miss. Henley throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Siracha fires out a quick counter leg kick but Henley just manages to avoid it. A looping hook to the body misses from Siracha. Henley does a little dance to reset his feet. Siracha lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Henley backs up against the cage.
Siracha attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Henley tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Henley blocks a low kick nicely. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Henley misses with a few strikes there.

#R1# Tellkins throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Henley tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Henley avoids a punch combination nicely.
Henley shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Tellkins counters with a stiff right hand. Henley takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Tellkins's coach down at Doherty's Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tellkins's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Henley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tellkins defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Henley. That's going to take a lot out of him. Henley tries to move into range but Tellkins moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tellkins throws a nice inside leg kick. Henley goes for a double leg but Tellkins avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tellkins continues to drive forward. Tellkins throws a front kick aimed at Henley's knee but Henley avoids it well. Henley shoots for a takedown but Tellkins saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Henley has his takedown stuffed and Tellkins counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.#T1# Tellkins works over Henley's head and body with a nice combination. Tellkins connects with a solid leg kick. Tellkins thuds his right hand into Henley's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Good leg kick by Tellkins there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

This has been an exciting period of action! We've been hearing good reports from Henley's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Henley keeps control of the position as Tellkins tries to break free.

Mace Mullins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Henley.#CL# Mullins clinches. #TD# Mullins manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Mullins throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
