Cross tries for a takedown but That Ever Lived sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.#KD2# That Ever Lived cracks Cross with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. That Ever Lived has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cross to stand back up!#CUT2# It looks like Charley Cross has been cut. That Ever Lived connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Cross covering up! That Ever Lived comes in with a big uppercut and Cross goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

#R1# Roldan tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Cross attempts a counter takedown but Roldan avoids it well and moves away. Cross takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Roldan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cross's waist but Cross gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Roldan off to one side. Some wild striking there from Roldan.
Nice takedown defense from Cross. No joy for Roldan on that attempt. Cross appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Roldan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cross circles away. Charley Cross has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Reinaldo Roldan. Roldan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Roldan wants it to stay on the feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roldan tries a head kick but it misses.

Sommer was covering up waiting for the punch and Cross finishes the takedown easily into guard. Sommer utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Storm manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Cross is looking to work some ground and pound but Storm has wrist control. Cross knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Storm on the ground. Cross scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Cross stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Storm swivels though and keeps the full guard. Storm looking to control.

Michael Storm showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
