Ambrose in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ambrose is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Ambrose is in close to Riggs's body, working some short punches and elbows. Ambrose with a nice head shot there.

#R1# Decent striking displayed by McDibbles there. McDibbles lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. McDibbles shoots in but no luck this time. Riggs is on the wrong end of a nice combination from McDibbles.#ROC2# Riggs is rocked!#TD2# McDibbles lands a huge takedown. Riggs is out but the ref is slow to react and McDibbles lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Riggs lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.

It's a sloppy attempt though and Riggs jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Dan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Riggs is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Dan. Dan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Riggs is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Dixon to keep the fight standing. Riggs has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dixon is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Benton Riggs. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dixon drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. #ES# Riggs manages to escape and get back to his feet! Dixon is breathing heavily. Dixon should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Riggs fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dixon closes the distance and clinches up with Riggs, looking for a takedown. Dixon pushes Riggs against the cage but Riggs circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Dixon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Riggs was well out of range. Poor timing from Dixon. Riggs swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Some bone on bone action there as Riggs checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Riggs lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Dixon falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Riggs to counter with a crisp jab. #TD2# Dixon fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Riggs sprawls well initially but Dixon persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #ES# Riggs manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Dixon keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. #T3##BC# Riggs breaks from the clinch.

#SUB# Dixon stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Riggs has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Dixon manages to get his head free but now Riggs has transitioned to an armbar! Dixon grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Riggs! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
