Obsidian is trying to pull guard but Harmon turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.#BC2# Obsidian breaks from the clinch.
Obsidian shoots and misses and Harmon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ruben Harmon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Byron Obsidian. Obsidian throws a hook but Harmon avoids it easily.#CL# Harmon has taken the fight to the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Obsidian has clasped his hands together around Harmon's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Harmon bucks up and tries to throw Obsidian off but instead Obsidian has got his back! Our spies down at at Star Studded Beef inform us that Obsidian has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Harmon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Obsidian is not going to allow Harmon to sit and survive in this position. #T1# Obsidian punches Harmon on the ear. Harmon trying to control the action but Obsidian just sinks the hooks in. Obsidian thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Obsidian lands a nice shot to the head. Obsidian prevents Harmon from getting the reversal. Obsidian avoids the attempt from Harmon to control. Obsidian controlling the position easily from mount. Obsidian breaks from Harmon's wrist control and lands an elbow. #ROC2# Harmon is rocked! Obsidian lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Oh Harmon is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Obsidian controlling the position easily from mount. A big strike lands for Obsidian! That's really hurt Harmon and he's turned his back - Obsidian keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Obsidian jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

#R1##TD2# Mitchell darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Harmon tries to roll over but Mitchell keeps him under control. Mitchell thows a huge punch but Harmon dodges it nicely.

Harmon is looking to control Mitchell's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Harmon avoid being mounted?#T1# Mitchell with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Harmon moves into full guard.
Mitchell wants to stand but Harmon is controlling his posture from full guard. Harmon pulls Mitchell in close to his closed guard and prevents Mitchell from doing any damage or advancing position. Harmon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
#REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.#T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Mitchell will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mitchell scores with a kick to the midsection. Mitchell misses with the combination.
Chris Mitchell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mitchell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Harmon avoids the head kick by Mitchell.
Harmon has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mitchell finds it's way round the side to connect with Harmon's head. Mitchell lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.#TD2# Mitchell is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Harmon's half guard.#T3# Harmon is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Mitchell is figuring out what he wants to do next. Let's hope that Mitchell has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Mitchell is thwarting Harmon's attempts to control the position.#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Mitchell is nestled in close to Harmon, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mitchell stops Harmon from getting back to his feet.

#R1# Harmon shoots in looking for a takedown. Orange tries to sprawl out of it but Harmon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Orange manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Orange feints the counter takedown. Orange keeps the fight on the outside.#CL# Harmon fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Orange, pushing him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Orange goes for a takedown attempt but Harmon pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Harmon has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Orange is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Harmon is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Orange gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ruben Harmon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Orange wants a takedown but no success here.

A frustrated look appears on Lyttle's face as he tries to break the clinch. Lyttle is looking to break free of the clinch but Harmon has double underhooks. Harmon with an attempt at a knee that misses.
#BC2# Lyttle escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lyttle feints a jab promting Harmon to slip. Lyttle then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Harmon slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Jamal Lyttle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Harmon takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Lyttle lands a right hook to the body.

Harmon wants to take the fight to the mat but Lyttle manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.#T1# Lyttle looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Harmon tries for a takedown. No joy.

Harmon looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Harmon takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Decent striking displayed by Lyttle there. Lyttle keeps the fight on the outside. This has been an exciting period of action! Lyttle looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Harmon shoots for a takedown but Lyttle saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Lyttle avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

A left and a right from Lyttle both land. Nice combination. Harmon takes a body punch but keeps moving. No joy there for Lyttle, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
#T3# Lyttle scores with a nice strike. Lyttle closes the distance and lands a one-two. Lyttle scores with a jab. Harmon acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Lyttle circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lyttle feints the counter takedown. Lyttle goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.#ROC2# Harmon is rocked! Lyttle throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Harmon's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Lyttle dives in looking to finish as Harmon flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Lyttle's strikes! Lyttle is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Harmon's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Harmon was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
