#R1# Kennedy is looking to score with low kicks. Novak steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Kennedy. Novak drops his hands momentarily and Kennedy takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Kennedy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Race in the buildup to the fight. Novak slips under a jab from Kennedy. Kennedy throws a hook but Novak avoids it easily. Novak takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Novak misses with a low kick.
Kennedy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kennedy throws a hook but Novak avoids it easily. Novak wants to counter with a clinch but Kennedy pushes him away. Novak tried to score with a low kick but Kennedy checks it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kennedy throws a hook to the side of Novak's head but Novak sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Novak feints the counter takedown. Kennedy lands a nice shot that snaps Novak's head back.

A nice inside leg kick there by Novak. That's going to slow Kennedy down. Kennedy throws a jab when Novak was well out of range. Jaymore Kennedy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Novak misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Kennedy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Jab, jab by Kennedy - just one landing. Novak slips a straight right by Kennedy. Kennedy scores with a nice head shot.#T2# Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kennedy takes a solid shot to the body. and Novak makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Novak throws an overhand right that lands on Kennedy's shoulder, as Kennedy tries to avoid the shot. Kennedy lands a nice shot that snaps Novak's head back.
Kennedy throws a right and a left that both miss. Kennedy bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Kennedy throws a body punch but Novak moves out of range. Novak tries to land a leg kick but Kennedy saw it coming and moves away.
Kennedy seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Novak throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kennedy looks to land a right hand but Novak moved out of range. Kennedy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Novak is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
#T4# Novak steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kennedy. Kennedy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Novak. Novak blocks a jab. A solid body kick from Novak. This has been an exciting period of action! Kennedy slips a straight right by Novak. Kennedy misses with a body shot.
Kennedy closes the distance and lands a one-two. Novak throws a body kick that misses. Kennedy moves out of range of the leg kick from Novak. Kennedy blocks a leg kick. Novak doesn't manage to clinch there - Kennedy circles away.

Kennedy tries to bum rush Novak with a series of wild strikes but Novak uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Kennedy moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromNovak. Kennedy digs a good body shot into Novak's ribs. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Novak might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kennedy has got the better of the exchanges. and Novak counters with an inside leg kick. Novak has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Bizihwaeile is landing a low percentage of strikes. Novak defending well as Bizihwaeile loads up on a big left hand. Novak misses with a body shot
and Bizihwaeile counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.#CUT# It looks like Michael Novak has been cut.#CL# Bizihwaeile gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Novak tries to break the clinch but Bizihwaeile is controlling the position. Novak is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Bizihwaeile to keep the fight standing.#BC# Bizihwaeile pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. A left lands for Bizihwaeile. Bizihwaeile defending well as Novak loads up on a big left hand. Novak on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.#CL# Bizihwaeile clinches with his opponent.

Bizihwaeile drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Novak's head, knocking him out cold! Bizihwaeile is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

and Wreaker counters with a stiff right hand. #CUT# It looks like Michael Novak has been cut. Novak lands with a thumping leg kick.
Novak pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Novak throws a chopping leg kick but Wreaker manages to avoid taking any serious damage. It looked like Wreaker wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Novak throws an off balance right hand
#KD# and Wreaker counters with a crisp one two that drops Novak! Wreaker thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Novak to his feet! Novak is in big trouble!#ROC# Novak is rocked! Novak throws a leg kick and Wreaker rattles Novak with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Novak tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Wreaker dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Novak stiff and motionless on the mat!
