Pennington has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pennington there as he acknowledges the shot.#CL# Pennington has closed the distance and engaged Leskowitz in a clinch.
#BC# Pennington breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Leskowitz ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pennington moves away. Pennington throws a quick counter head kick but Leskowitz was just out of range. Leskowitz looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Leskowitz connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Pennington momentarily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Leskowitz. Pennington does a little dance to reset his feet. Leskowitz scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Leskowitz tries to bum rush Pennington with a series of wild strikes but Pennington uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Pennington throws a quick counter head kick but Leskowitz was just out of range. This has been an exciting period of action! Leskowitz avoids a kick to the body.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Pennington for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Leskowitz being controlled against the cage. Pennington gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.#BC# Pennington's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Leskowitz lands with a straight right. Pennington didn't see that one coming.#TD2# Leskowitz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pennington looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Leskowitz cracks Pennington with an elbow. That is naaassty. Oh Pennington is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!#T2# Pennington is trying to improve his position. Pennington is not content to let Leskowitz control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pennington tries to buck Leskowitz off but Leskowitz is having none of it. Pennington manages to get back to half guard. Pennington seems to have got his legs back now. Leskowitz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pennington. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Leskowitz tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Pennington. Pennington on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pennington is refusing to be controlled, as Leskowitz sits in half guard. Pennington wants to control but Leskowitz is keeping busy and won't allow it. #ES# Pennington pushes Leskowitz off and gets back to his feet. Pennington dodges the punch combination from Leskowitz.
#T3# Leskowitz bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pennington's head. The crowd cheers as Leskowitz lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pennington doesn't seem phased though. A clash of legs there as Pennington blocks the low kick. Pennington thinks about countering with a head kick. Leskowitz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. As Leskowitz backs away, Pennington returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Leskowitz lands a body shot.
Nice shot lands for Leskowitz. Leskowitz fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Leskowitz lands a leg kick that knocks Pennington off balance momentarily. Leskowitz will be more careful next time no doubt. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.#TD2# Leskowitz decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.#ES# Pennington has one foot on Leskowitz's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Leskowitz is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Pennington rather than just go for the knockout. Leskowitz connects with a body shot that sends Pennington's belly button to the back. Allen Leskowitz seems to be getting the better of the standup. Pennington looks up at the clock. Bad move! Leskowitz lands a right hand from hell, dropping Pennington. Leskowitz pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
