#R1# Oates shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed Oates's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Jackson looks to score with a jab to the body but Oates is just out of range. Jackson stuffs the takedown attempt from Oates. Oates gets slowly back to his feet. #KD# Jackson lands a big right hand that sends Oates crashing to the mat! Jackson stays standing though and waves Oates back to his feet!#CL# Oates gets tackled into the cage by Jackson. Jackson maintains the clinch. Jackson is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Jackson lands a hook to the side of the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jackson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Oates backwards. #ROC# Oates is rocked! Jackson creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Oates's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Oates drops to his knees and Jackson pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

#R1##TD# Oates feints and as Gracie raises his hands in defense, Oates changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#SUB2# Gracie is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. #SUB2# Gracie is looking for a triangle but Oates pushes his legs off easily.
Gracie controls Oates momentarily but Oates frees himself. #SUB2# Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Oates can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Oates wanted to stand there but Gracie had control of the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oates postures up.
#T1# Oates throwing strikes but missing. Gracie looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Oates puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Still in half guard, Oates seems content to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gracie is looking to control Oates's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gracie avoid being mounted? Oates passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Gracie! #SUB# Oates has control of Gracie's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Gracie regains control of the situation pretty easily.
#T2##SUB# Oates has hold of Gracie's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Gracie manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Gracie is in all sorts of trouble here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Oates tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Gracie working to try and regain half guard.
#T3# Gracie is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Gracie tries to lock up and control but Oates gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Gracie looks winded! Oates with good strikes from the mount here!#CUT# It looks like Flavio Gracie has been cut. Oates scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Gracie?
