Krylov throwing strikes from guard but Grossa blocks nicely. #SUB2# Grossa is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Krylov defends well. Krylov controls the pace of the fight for a moment.#SUB2# Grossa has his foot on Krylov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Krylov works his way back into a safe position though. Ivan Krylov dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! #R1# David connects with a body shot. David connects with the punch. David scores with a jab to the jaw. David has been working on his boxing with his coaches at JB Gym in the buildup to the fight. Grossa fails with the takedown and David counters with a lovely shot to the body. The fight stays on the outside here - David looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Grossa looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. David moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.#CUT# It looks like Casca Grossa has been cut. Grossa tries to score a power double leg takedown but David sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Grossa somewhat. David misses with a looping left. David is looking to take this fight into the clinch.#T1# A left lands for David. David misses with a telegraphed body shot

#REVR# We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Grossa lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. David trying to control but Grossa postures up.
Grossa thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed David's head. Grossa throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
