Meme scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Meme displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rian throws out the jab.
Rian drops his hands momentarily and Meme takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Meme misses with a hook.
Meme swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tione Meme seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Rian.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Meme ducks under a wild hook from Rian.
Meme throws a looping overhand right but Rian ducks down to avoid it.
Meme dips to his left and cracks Rian with an uppercut!
Meme dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rian fails with the takedown.
Rian misses with an uppercut. Meme saw that one coming.
Rian tries for a takedown but Meme sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nice uppercut lands for Meme. That snapped Rian's head back.

Rian dives in for a single leg takedown but Meme sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hermawan tries to clinch up.
Hermawan is looking to land body kicks.
A shot to the liver by Hermawan. Beautiful body shot.
Rian throws an overhand right that lands on Hermawan's shoulder, as Hermawan tries to avoid the shot.
Hermawan tries to close the distance and clinch but Rian swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
It looked like Rian wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Hermawan throws a head kick that misses.
Rian looks to land a left hand but Hermawan moved out of range nicely.
Hermawan tries to counter with a clinch but Rian shakes him off and moves away.
Rian manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hermawan on his heels. He'll look to pass Hermawan's guard now, I'm sure.
Rian is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Rian has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee asks Rian politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Rian prefers to stall for the moment though.
Rian has an Americana. Hermawan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Rian is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Rian hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
