Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Yuri Gagarin was cancelled. |

and Kiss counters with a crisp right that sends Rousseau to the canvas! Kiss follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Rousseau has control of Chan's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Chan regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Rousseau is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Chan to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Chan shrugs it off.
