#R1##TD2# Ramos closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Ramos missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Not this time though. Ramos has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Ramos working away from the top, dropping strikes. Ramos putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Ramos postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Smif looks a forlorn figure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!#SUB2# Ramos is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Smif is surviving well by controlling Ramos's body position as best he can. Oh Smif is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Ramos takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Ramos cracks Smif with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

#R1# Smif rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Anderson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Smif takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.#CL2# Smif forces Anderson back against the ropes and clinches. Anderson using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Anderson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Smif is defending well for now. Anderson putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Smif in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Smif looks winded! Anderson using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

He pushes Smif back and as he springs towards him off the ropes, Anderson throws a beautiful elbow that sends Smif crashing to the floor! Anderson piles on the pressure with more strikes! Smif is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
