#R1# Siem is looking to clinch but Out is avoiding it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Siem. Out tries to counter by closing the distance. Siem closes the distance and clinches up with Out, looking for a takedown. Siem pushes Out against the cage but Out circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Out is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.#TD2# Out feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Siem is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Out wanted to stand there but Siem had control of the position. Out chips away with some ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Out won't allow Siem to sweep him here. Siem has a closed guard, preventing Out from standing up. Siem being controlled here, momentarily. #T1# Out working some strikes from top position. Out's corner is telling him to maintain position. Out pushes down on Siem's leg and manages to get into half guard. Out controlling the action here. Siem trying to hold on to Out's head to control him but Out postures up.
#T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Out seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. #SUB2# Out is working for a submission of some sort.
Siem knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Out on the ground. Out is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.#T3# Siem is trying to stand back up but Out is controlling him
Out is figuring out what he wants to do next.#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.#TD2# Out closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Out lands in his opponent's guard.#SUB# Siem is looking for a triangle but Out pushes his legs off easily.
Out is in close to Siem's body, working some short punches and elbows.#T4# Out not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Siem working a defensive guard here.
Out preventing the sweep. Out controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Siem has momentary wrist control but Out slips an elbow through the middle. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Out controls from within his opponent's guard. Out advances to half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Takeyou Out dominated that round. That's time! Siem's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.#R2##TD2# Out throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Siem tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Out is in Siem's guard. Siem pushes Out off and gets back to his feet.
Out has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Out misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
#TD2# Out looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Siem! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Out taking a breather here. Siem trying his best to control but Out has mounted him. Out looking to control and managing it successfully. #T1##SUB2# Out quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Out but it's paid off an Siem is forced to tap! Nice work by Out.
