I was talking to Tsuru's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Nice defenses there by Read.
Mike stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mike wants it to stay on the feet.
Read shoots for a double leg takedown but Mike sprawls well. He's pushed Read's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Killer Mike has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leonard Read.
