The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. The fight stays on the outside here - Ottke looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Belmiro misses with a takedown attempt - Ottke sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ottke tries to close the distance and clinch up but Belmiro swats him away and circles back towards the center. Belmiro shoots in and drives through. Dantes tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Belmiro paws at him with a jab and circles away. Belmiro throwing a counter right hand but Dantes manages to avoid it. Dantes tries to work over Belmiro's front leg with a kick but Belmiro checks it. Belmiro tries to counter with a takedown but Dantes is quick to defend against it.#KD2# Dantes lands a big head kick that sends Belmiro tumbling to the mat!
