Decent striking displayed by Bond there.#TD#
Diaz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bond kicks Diaz off and gets to his feet.
Bond connects with a jab.
Bond fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Diaz on the side of the head.
Diaz tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bond defends well and Diaz ends up having to push Bond into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Bond throws out a counter right but Diaz avoids it with no problem.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Diaz has hold of one of Bond's legs. Bond is fighting the takedown attempt but Diaz gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Bond wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Diaz's hips, looking to push off. But Diaz grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Bond screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
