#R1# Calderon tries to clinch but KE is having none of it. KE tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Calderon counters with a lovely straight right hand! KE is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.#CUT#It looks like Davon Calderon has been cut.#TD2# KE gets caught flat footed, as Calderon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Calderon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with KE. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. KE thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. KE will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. KE pulls Calderon in close to prevent any damage. #SUB# KE is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Calderon defends well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Calderon is stalling in the full guard. #T1# KE is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. #SUB2# Calderon thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. That was a close second round but I would say that James KE will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Davon Calderon's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. KE escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. KE fails with the takedown. Calderon throws a head kick but KE moves out of range.
#CL2# Calderon moves into the clinch. KE jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Calderon walks away with a smile on his face. KE gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Calderon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. KE manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. KE bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.#T3# An inside leg kick from Calderon misses. James KE is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.#TD2# KE tries to sprawl but Calderon drives through with a takedown into half guard. Calderon throwing shots but KE is blocking nicely. Calderon passes to full mount! KE wants to control but Calderon is having none of it. KE avoids a series of strikes thrown by Calderon.
