The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hunt takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Hunt digs a right hand into Mohabal's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Mohabal's gas tank. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hunt lands a right hand. Wolfgang Pauli seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pauli fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Mohabal connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pauli's hands. Pauli ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mohabal moves away. Good shot there by Mohabal.#CL# Pauli gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Pauli lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. #R1# Mohabal moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Benton takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Mohabal scores with a crisp jab that stopped Benton in his tracks. Benton on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Mohabal comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Mohabal throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Benton looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Desidido Mohabal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mohabal connects with a body shot. Benton takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Benton drops his hands momentarily and Mohabal takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Mohabal is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mohabal throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Benton stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Mohabal moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.#T1# Mohabal drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Benton right on the button. Benton goes down! Mohabal follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Mohabal gets the win via TKO!

Petritis looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Petritis misses with a right hand and Mohabal counters with a stiff right hand. Petritis throws a series of strikes that have Mohabal backpedaling.

We've been told by Tiramisu's head coaches at BANZAI COMBAT ACADEMY NEW YORK that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. A shot to the liver by Mohabal. Beautiful body shot. Mohabal wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Tiramisu is breathing heavily. Tiramisu has his takedown stuffed and Mohabal counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mohabal jabs Tiramisu to the body, keeping him at a distance. Mohabal throws a good cross that connects.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Matthews scores with a leg kick.
Matthews misses with a looping right. Matthews throws a looping overhand right but Mohabal ducks down to avoid it. Mohabal appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Mohabal dodges the punch combination from Matthews.
Mohabal is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Matthews with a body shot. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.#TD# Matthews fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mohabal to the ground. Matthews is now in Mohabal's guard. Mohabal is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Matthews dives into side control.

Mohabal wants to get back to his feet but Matthews is dominant here and he's now got Mohabal's back! Matthews has Mohabal flattened out and is raining down punches. Mohabal is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Matthews has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. I really don't envy Mohabal right now.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Matthews has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T2# This is a sustained period of stalling by Matthews. I really don't envy Mohabal right now.
