Joyner is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. #T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Whaley throwing strikes from guard but Joyner blocks nicely. Whaley won't allow Joyner to sweep him here. Whaley wants to control from the top but Joyner keeps moving. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Joyner is looking to stand up but Whaley isn't so interested in that idea. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Whaley takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Joyner wants to get back to his feet but Whaley is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Whaley postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Joyner is looking to stand up but Whaley isn't so interested in that idea. Whaley throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. #T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Joyner has control of Whaley's left arm, preventing Whaley from doing any damage. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Whaley tries a head kick but it misses.
Joyner half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Whaley throws a right hand that Joyner ducks under and follows up with a left that Joyner also avoids with ease. Joyner loads up on a big right hand but Whaley slips the punch.#CL2# Whaley pushes Joyner up against the cage in a clinch. Joyner letting Whaley take a breather here. A frustrated look appears on Joyner's face as he tries to break the clinch. Joyner swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Joyner is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Whaley to keep the fight standing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Whaley has Joyner pressed against the cage.
Joyner drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

And that's the end of the fight! Bobby Whaley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Whaley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
