Kadyrev lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chavez circles away quickly and effectively. Kadyrev swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Kadyrev looks calm but he's in trouble here. Chavez gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Kadyrev is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Chavez lets go of the hold and Kadyrev can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Murphy is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.#TD2# Murphy gets a double leg takedown into Maeda's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Murphy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Murphy's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.#SU2# Murphy decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Maeda fails with the takedown#CL2# and Murphy holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Murphy pulls guard effortlessly. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Murphy seems keen to control Maeda's posture. Murphy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVB##T1# Maeda pushes Murphy off looking to stand but Murphy dives back in and keeps control.

Maeda looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Murphy wins by kimura!

Crane really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#BC# Crane breaks the clinch.
Chavez with a lazy takedown attempt and Crane counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A left and a right from Crane both land. Nice combination. Chavez misses with a takedown attempt and Crane cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.#ROC# Chavez is rocked! Crane throws a nice looking combination but Chavez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Chavez drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Crane defends it well. Chavez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

We've been told by Crane's head coaches at The 'dam Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.#T1##KD# Crane lands a big head kick that sends Chavez tumbling to the mat! Crane takes a step backwards and waves Chavez back to his feet - he wants the finish! Chavez is still on wobbly legs! Can Crane finish him? Crane is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Crane shuts the power down on Chavez. Lights out, game over! Crane is your winner.

Again wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Again misses with a low kick. Again throws a body shot but no joy. Again misses with a straight right. Again scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Khemkhaeng tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Again jabs Khemkhaeng to the body, keeping him at a distance. Again throws a series of punches but Khemkhaeng moves out of range. Again tries to land a leg kick but Khemkhaeng saw it coming and moves away.
Again stuffs the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Again connects with a jab.#CL2# Again has taken the fight to the clinch.
Khemkhaeng tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Again just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kip Khemkhaeng. That's going to take a lot out of him. Khemkhaeng's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A quick uppercut on the inside from Again. #T1# Again lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Again lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Again scores with a shoulder strike. Again gets through Khemkhaeng's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Khemkhaeng drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Nice cross by St John. St John smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. St John dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sakuraba. That did some damage! Nice body punch from St John. St John lands with a good body shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sakuraba looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Sakuraba is still on wobbly legs! Can St John finish him?#T1# Sakuraba throws a series of punches but St John moves out of range. St John connects with a single shot there. St John jabs Sakuraba to the body, keeping him at a distance. St John is looking to slow Sakuraba down with leg kicks. #KD# St John drops Sakuraba with a beautiful combination! Sakuraba stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - St John is looking for the KO! Sakuraba throws a big shot that misses. This has been an exciting period of action! St John throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Sakuraba's jaw, knocking him onto his back! St John dives in looking to finish as Sakuraba flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block St John's strikes! St John is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Sakuraba's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Sakuraba was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Three tries to counter with a clinch but Maeda shakes him off and moves away. Maeda doesn't succeed with the takedown and Three counters with a left to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keisuke Maeda. That's going to take a lot out of him. Three lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Three throws a series of punches but Maeda moves out of range. Three fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Three fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Maeda on the side of the head. A swing and a miss from Three. Three avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Maeda wants to clinch. Maeda throws a leg kick but Three sees it coming and checks it nicely. #T1# Nice takedown defense from Three. No joy for Maeda on that attempt. Maeda is looking to clinch but Three is avoiding it.

Three lands a shoulder strike. Three working some nice short punches in the clinch. Maeda has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Three avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Three scores with a shot to the side of Maeda's head. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Three. Maeda is breathing heavily. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Three creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. #ROC2# Maeda is rocked!#T2# Three pushes Maeda back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Oh Maeda is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Maeda blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Vonshredder throws a hook to the side of Guldurson's head but Guldurson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Vonshredder ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Guldurson moves away. Guldurson is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Vonshredder. Guldurson drops his hands momentarily and Vonshredder takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. #CL2# Vonshredder fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Guldurson, pushing him back against the ropes. Vonshredder looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Vonshredder lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Guldurson backwards. #ROC2# Guldurson is rocked! Vonshredder lands a nice uppercut. Oh Guldurson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Guldurson wants to break the clinch but can't.

Souza feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to McDonelu's calf. McDonelu wants to clinch. McDonelu checks a leg kick nicely. Souza throws a sloppy head kick and McDonelu moves out of range easily. McDonelu buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
#T2# The fighters circle momentarily. McDonelu darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. This has been an exciting period of action! McDonelu swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Souza throws a leg kick and McDonelu finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Souza swings and misses with a hook to the body.
As Souza backs off McDonelu throws a huge counter combo but Souza manages to avoid it all. Souza will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
McDonelu misses with a low kick. McDonelu will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McDonelu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Souza moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Souza lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Souza. Souza takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. McDonelu feints and then cracks Souza's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Souza down. Souza throws a half hearted mid kick. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. He thinks about going to the ground but Sakuraba looks back up at him and smiles so OGrady waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

A low kick from Sakuraba misses and OGrady rattles Sakuraba with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Sakuraba tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. OGrady dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Sakuraba stiff and motionless on the mat!
