#TD2# Punyos turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!#SU2# Punyos decides to stand back up. Punyos slips under a jab.#CL2# Punyos drives through and clinches with Kandi against the cage.
Punyos scores with an uppercut up the middle. Punyos scores with a shoulder strike. Kandi keeps control of Punyos as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. #TD# Kandi jumps guard and drags Punyos to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Kandi is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#SU2# Punyos gets to his feet - Kandi follows without any prompting. Kandi wants to clinch but Punyos slips to the side and Kandi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Punyos cracks Kandi with a hook to the temple - Kandi is on wobbly legs here! Punyos swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kandi falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Punyos wins by TKO!

#R1# Tourney slips under a jab. Somwan stuns Tourney with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Tourney is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Tourney throws a combination. Somwan tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Somwan swings and misses with a shot to the body and Tourney counters with a huge left! Somwan is in big trouble! He's backing up but Tourney isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Somwan from any more damage. A dominating finish by Tourney!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Island Tourney! A relieved looking Island Tourney thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Machado forces his way into half guard. Machado wants to pass the guard but Yourface is defending well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yourface keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Yourface's coaches at Cozad MMA Montreal have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. #R1# Teloshi throws a series of punches but Travis moves out of range. Travis seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Travis tries to clinch there but Teloshi circles away.
Teloshi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#TD# Travis closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Travis lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Travis scoring with strikes to the body and head. Travis could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Travis thows a huge punch but Teloshi dodges it nicely.

Travis fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Travis has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Teloshi finds it's way round the side to connect with Travis's head. Travis shoots for a double leg takedown but Teloshi sprawls well. #R1# Bruce shoots in looking for a takedown. Teloshi tries to sprawl out of it but Bruce keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Teloshi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bruce gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Teloshi takes a swing at Bruce's ribcage but misses. Teloshi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Teloshi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bruce.
