Preliminary Bout Number 1- Bantamweight Fight
Bruce Lee (1-2) {0-2} versus King Pin (0-1) {0-0}
This should be a very interesting bout. Both of these guys are stand up fighters, and those types of fights tend to be a lot of fun. Lee started his career with a five second knock out of his opponent. Since then he has gone to dec cont...

Hello I am Faisal Sharaheeli and its been awhile since Heroic fight fans have seen me around. I am here in one of Heroic’s many studios with the self proclaimed HEROIC UNDISPUTED LIGHTWEIGHT CHAMPION Masahiko Kimura, Kimura has stopped by for this interview so we can get to know him.
Fas: Hello Masahiko thank you for joining us, thank you for taking the time away from your training to come in and talk to me today.
Kimmy: I didn’t come here to talk to you, I came here to see myself on TV.
Fas: Uh Mr Kimura I have no problem with you can we just get through this without incident? Without you bullying me? Kimura what were you like as a kid? What was life like for you before fighting?
Kimmy: I wasn’t always a bully you know As a young kid i was very popular, I had friends by the boat load, i was a jock who enjoyed wrestling and submission grappling, until my 17th Birthday my Mum and Dad split up and my mother took me 400 miles south to Kumamoto. i dropped out of college in my first year and joined a local gang.
Fas: A gang? Um that explains a lot, are you still in this gang? What was the gang like?

The Dangerous Mind Of George Kelly
George Kelly is that man who keeps you thinking every second you spend with him.
He doesn't care who he faces, and name James Dean Rockefeller doesn't mean anything to him.
"I don't really watch MMA so I'm not familiar with his accomplishments. All I've heard is that the guy likes to dry hump more than anything and that he reeks like a scurvy butt-pirate."
James isn't totally unknown man for Kelly. They had little conversation after the Kelly vs Page back in January 8th.
"Just little mind games." Kelly said. "Gotta say that this Rockafeller character is one delusional individual. Will be my pleasure to bury my shin to his face."
Kelly is looking to keep his 155 lbs belt for long time. He has lost his belt once to Maxim Vyacheslav Volkov, and he doesn't want to lose ever again.
"My toughest opponent so far was that crazy Russian Volkov" Kelly said. "Thankfully i was able to redeem myself in the rematch."
"Dennis Page was the easiest. I was preparing to fight a scrapper with heavy hands but what I faced was an intoxicated disoriented shadow of a wrestler. It was weird cont... |

Editorial by Ladies and Gentlemen, there is a new name in mixed martial arts in Las Vegas. After five successful events under the Steel Penn ICON banner, the fight organization formally known as Steel Penn ICON - Las Vegas will be withdrawing its operations from the ICON project and striking out on its own as an independent organization known as Honor Fighting Championship.
Honor Fighting Championship will officially launch on Saturday night February 1st 2014 with Honor FC 1 Renaissance at the Underground, where the very first Honor Champion will be crowned in the 135lb division. Honor FC will then hold events every weekend in various arenas in and around Las Vegas as well as a regular midweek show called Wednesday War each and every Wednesday at the Underground. Honor FC Wednesday War I will be on Wednesday night February 5th and two more Honor Champions will be crowned in the 145lb and 170lb weight classes on that card.
Honor FC will continue to sign the best names in MMA as well as the most promising young up and coming fighters, all striving to climb the monthly top 10 rankings and earn a shot at one of the prestigious Honor FC Championship belts.
Honor Fighting Championship is very pleased to announce the hiring of Tony Rossi as our brand new Event Press Reporter. Tony is a 2013 writer of the year nominated event preview and reviewer, who has written articles for some of the best fight organizations in the MMA Tycooniverse. Good evening and welcome to the Hard Knocks Arena here in New York City where we are about to begin SPNY 151, a 10 fight MMA rules card featuring the very important Heavyweight clash between recently deposed champion Felipezoom Insano and fellow contender Billy Danze, as well as the Featherweight title defence of Joaquim Antunes against Dean Hall. For those of you who like the big men 4 fights tonight will match up Heavyweights, in addition to the main even the fight between Iivana Jalo and Viljo Laine should be a cracker.
Main Event: Heavyweight
Felipezoom Insano 27-9 (6-1 SPNY) vs Billy Danze 15-7 (1-0 SPNY)
I question if perhaps Insano now regrets calling out Light Heavyweight contender Richie McCaw to challenge for his Heavyweight crown as the smaller man caused one of the biggest upsets in SPNY history by defeatin cont... |
