According to a highly placed source within INTERPOL an investigation has been opened to look into the Rio Chain Gang fight org. Speaking on the condition of anomynity he said "we are concerned about the gathering of so many known ex-felons. We want to be sure a new organized crime family isn't forming."
When ask how he became aware of the Chain Gang, he said "I was tracking Chevie "Ragdoll" Case who is a suspected lieutenant in the Alegheny crime family based on the island. I tracked him from the island to Helsinki, and finally to Rio. When he sign with the Rio Chain Gang, I took a look at the other "members" of the org. We found on the roster drug dealers, arms dealers, kidnappers, arsonists, jewelry thieves, smugglers, human traffickers, hackers, and the list goes on. It is believed the org was set up in Rio because of the lack of extradiction treaties."
This reporter tried to raise the red flag when this fight org was just forming. Due to lack of action by our city officials and the community at large it is too late to stop the Chain Gang now. All we can hope to do now is to find a way to control the havoc that cont... |

Editorial by When you think of a fast growing high stakes sport where anything happens, think MMA. Within even the most secluded of countries, MMA is one of the most vitally recognized sports in entertainment.
Notable athletes like Jon Jones, Cain Velasquez, Chris Weidman, and many others including my all time favorite former MMA Alumni "The Axe Murderer" Wanderlei Silva; and who can forget Royce Gracie.
These athletes set the bar for sports entertainment pretty high. In almost no household in the U.S. and Brazil is there not a television tuned in to an MMA pay per view matchup.
The kind of action given to fans can not be found or matched by the WWE, NBA, MLB, or NHL.
Like it or not, MMA is not only a way to fight. Now it is more than that. It is a million dollar market franchise with more ins and outs than a maze. So get your piece of the MMA pie. Because the slices are getting smaller. |

SLAUGHTERHOUSE 7 REVIEW

UNDERCARD
Â
Ryan Genningsunit v Dominick Snooze – 135 lbs
Â
This was a slightly bizarre fight with most of action taking place in the clinch. Genningsunit's plan seemed to revolve around persistent use of elbow strikes (98 attempts over the course of the fight), however the vast majority of them either missed their target or were blocked. Meanwhile Snooze seemed content to stay in the clinch despite being clearly outworked and outscored in that department. With most of his takedown attempts stuffed, Snooze may well have been better off sticking to the outside where he looked the more dangerous of the two. Similarly Genningsunit might have been able to finish this fight earlier if he had worked in more body shots from within the clinch; he had a 100% success rate when he targeted the body with punches. With neither fighter showing a particular willingness to adapt their gameplan this one went to decision with Genningsunit clearly taking all rounds on the judges scorecards.
Â
Result: Genningsunit by decision.

KOTB 19 would end up being host to two rematches, as well as the first Anaconda Choke in KOTB history on Saturday night. One of the promotion’s highest rated events in history lived up to all the pre-event hype that preceded it and pushes KOTB into a busy and exciting month of December.
Â
Opening the main card would be the first of two rematches that sandwiched the card, as Heliade Radulescu took on Mike Loner in a light heavyweight affair. Radulescu follows a surprisingly deep line of Romanian fighters who’ve had success at KOTB, including a man who would headline this same card. The man known as "Zburatorul" would follow the same strategy as he did in his decision victory at Challenger Series 3 by battering hi cont... |
