GAMMA Gossip Edition#28

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

Another Edition of GAMMA Gossip is underway and we have plenty going on in GAMMA this week!

General news:

- Big news is the relaunch of the Contenders as announced by the management mid week. As Mr Guruland posted, this is the 3rd edition of the Contenders. The feeder org started way back in January 2011 with the first owner being Shaun Skaggs. He ran the org for almost 1 year. There was a short transitional period and in January Master Yoda started the org again and ran it again for 156 events! The GAMMA management then merged the orgs together and started running 2 events since then, however with the roster over 200 fighters, it was decided a feeder org was needed to fit the demand and Rogelio Cottonfloss + Jark Durak are now the new co-owners. Here is the full article by the administration:

- The other news is that our main event sponsor, Crippler's Corner (146) hit #1...............again! Cripplers been ripping through the ranks for ages now and is close to 100 weeks with 500+ in sales! Next week will be their 100th week, which just shows how stable Crippler has been over the past 2 years+.

- GAMMA has also hooked up with its first ever Nutrition partner and here is a short message from the founders:

"I introduce to you Fury Nutrition Inc. based in Montreal. If you want to give your fighters the fighting edge they need then give them the FURY! We turn modest athletes into cage killers! We offer only top quality products and aim to be the best of the best. So take your fighters game to the next level...embrace the FU

RISE Edition #1. Laying the foundations.

Editorial by

One plan, one goal, an inversion of 1.2 million and more important time management. In just a few months in the game I have been watching and studying lots of organizations, and one thing is clear for me, how much time you spend preparing your projects matters. Most of the orgs that fail, they do because their managers rush to start the org without any time to think about what kind of project them want to create.  What kind of fighters they want to hire, ID restriction or not? What city? What divisions? NO, they just open the org with 50k and they send contract without uploading a logo or any other extra that in my opinion are really important.

That’s why when I decide to start RISE, I wanted to do it the right way. Step by step. The more prepare I am before I start the org the better the foundations, which means the more improvement my org will have. Before I start RISE I spend almost 2 month reading all the info I will need. I asked for advices and talk with people. I did my best to get to know people in the game, especially KEY people in the game, people that are kind of famous managers with serious companies. I had weekly contact with 3 managers that have top 10 organizations. Tried to join the chat and be active in forums. If people know your name they might want to send their fighters with you.
I knew that money would be important to give it a good go, so I start making posters like a lunatic to get as much money as I could. I got to save a total of 1.2 million which I invested. I have plans to continue doing posters so RISE has more and more money and hopefully that would help during the travel.

Gideon Abieezer: Coming into his own at 34 years old

Fighter profile of Gideon Abieezer by Ernie White

When Gideon Abieezer made his debut in Feral Combat at 33 years of age, 11-4 and moving up to a weight class he was 4 pounds under the limit for, nobody expected a ton out of him. When he was knocked out in 27 seconds by future champ Thomas Fu, it didn’t come as a huge surprise.

“He’s past his prime,” one fan said. Abieezer’s follow-up effort against Danny Trejo did nothing to deter those beliefs, but reinforced them, as he was dominated en-route to a third round TKO. When he earned his first victory in Feral Combat, handing Christian Soendergaard the last loss of his career, it didn’t really stir the fans back towards his favour. They claimed that “he beat another washed up old guy. So what?”

His next fight came against an organizational mainstay in Will Dickinson. People weren’t overly surprised that Abieezer controlled the
