Van Halen vs Nieds

The main event will be a good one. Two knockout artists going at it, but the big issue with this match up will be if the fight goes to the ground. Black belt vs. purple strongly suggests that Van Halen can pick up a submission victory there if he wants it. The only question is “Will he?”

Growwoo vs Kennedy

This match up should be highly entertaining. Very even with the standup and almost no advantage to either fighter on the ground. Both of these fighters like to go head hunting, and both have solid jaws. The issue with this fight is whether Kennedy has the stamina to keep up with Growwoo for an entire fight. Only two of his fights have gone the distance.

Chuck Fuck Tito vs Jake The

No doubt which fighter the fans will be cheering for in this one. They don’t like Tito and it shows. Another fight where the fighters are very close in terms of skill, however Jake’s gameplan may make the difference. He has the experience of six submission victories, whereas Chuck has yet to get anyone to tap out. That might just make the difference.

Bo Dega vs Marcus Kennedy

Two up and coming fighters here. Dega is 4-0-0 and is really good with his hands. His takedown defense will surely be tested here however, as Kennedy will definitely be looking for a submission victory. Eight of his nine wins have come via tapout. That kind of steady performance has caused him to become the crowd favorite coming into the fight.

Steve Martin vs Barney Rubble

Martin is on a three fight win streak, but it will be Rubble that the crowd goes crazy for when the fighters come to the ring. Martin has a slight wrestling advantage but gives up that advantage in Muay Thai. This should be a good test of whether Martin can adapt his gameplan and exploit his good points. It may also be a test of his gas tank. Two thirds of Rubble’s wins have gone the distance.

Tony Hunt vs Lenny Mclean

Tony Hunt will be looking to use elbows, kicks, and knees to get onto the right side of the .500 mark. His head is held high despite having lost three of his last five. A loss here puts his long term goals in serious jepordy. Mclean is used to being the better striker, and is a definite headhunter, but this time around his only advantages are on the ground. Let’s see if he tries to move the fight to the ground.

Dynamite Glove vs Junior Kilat

A couple of talented young lions look to distinguish themselves here. The combined 28-12 mark indicates they could both be competing for a belt some day. This fight is definitely a stepping stone towards that goal. The striking game is very even between these two, but Glove seems to be the better man on the mat. It’ll be fun to see if he can get the fight to the ground and get his first submission victory.

Taco Belle vs Jim Tags

You never know what you’re going to get when two new fighters step into the ring, but this should be entertaining. Belle is just a bit better it seems. That may be because of age or because of experience. Nine fights to three can be a big deal. At any rate Tags is going to have to figure out how to parlay his Muay Thai skills into what would have to be called an upset win.

Saint Bernard vs Akseli Suokuokka

Suokuokka is looking for his third win in a row here. If he can dodge the big kick from Bernard he may well do it. Suokuokka’s big advantage in this fight will be on the ground, but neither man has ever been very interested in getting submissions. Maybe some ground and pound can negate Bernard’s decent advantage in Muay Thai. Either way it should be a fun fight to watch.
