A new gym by the name of BAD PLUTO has just opened up at Helsinki. Bad Pluto is as cheap as possible of a gym for beginner fighters who wants to do more than just sparring or physicals.
The main focus is in circuit training, Defense techniques and of course in sparring. The trainers are more than suitable for beginner fighters to get your fighter skills enhanced so you will not get "manhandled" in the cage. Regular sparring parteners are available for all the fighting styles.
The philosophy at Bad Pluto is to get your defense fixed so you can focus on attacking the opposition!
Some tips for new fighters:
1. First do the conditioning so you are able to train! HARD!
2. Do not go sparring without any sparring partners. (See schedules at the gym)
3. Avoid sparring two days in a row
4. To maximize your training effiency
3.1 Use appropriate suppliments
- Muscle Bulk for Strength
- Stamina for Cardio
- Recovery for Sparring, Circuit training and Secondaries
5. Do not train if you are tired (less than 85%)
