MAIN EVENT: Frankie Venegas (5-0) vs Durans Helmsfrid Jr (3-1)

The bantamweight champ returns to the octagon where he faces Durans Helmsfrid Jr in a non title featherweight bout. After defending his belt for the first time almost two weeks ago Frankie may be gunning for the featherweight belt. The King of the Islands seems to find no worthy opponent in his weight class just yet and is trying his hand with the slightly big boys while his normal competition develops. The champ has five wins (three in org) and he's finished all fights via submission. Welcoming him to the featherweight division is none other than Durans Helmsfrid Jr, a promising mixed martial artist with a professional record of three wins and one loss. He also has won all his fights via submission and his single loss has come via TKO. He holds a BJJ Brown belt, just a single level above his opponent's purple while Frankie is the most skilled wrestler out of the two. This is not the first time Frankie has faced a guy with a brown belt and he knows exactly how to make them submit, but his opponent has never lost to a grappler. It will be really interesting to see who folds first in the battle to determine who the better submission specialist is between these two beasts.

CO-MAIN EVENT: Dragutin Bjelica (3-1) vs Zakaria Burch (2-0)

Dragutin Bjelica is back in action versus Zakaria Burch in a fight that's most likely going to produce the number one contender for the Super Heavyweight bout, I think. These guys are both wonderful strikers with respectable wrestling and they are both in 2 fight winning streaks, both those wins being by TKO's in the first round. Last time we saw Dragutin Bjelica inside the octagon he was once again doing what he does best, hugging people to death. I warned Ken Fury before the fight to never let Bjelica get ahold of him and I'm sure Fury tried his best but there's just no escaping from Redbeard. His opponent, Zakaria Burch is no slacker inside the clinch however, just look at his debut fight, he destroyed Jankens. He also has the weight advantage in the fight but I'd advise him to use his 27 cm reach advantage and try to KO Bjelica from outside. That's, of course, easier said than done and with Burch's low morale it's almost impossible to beat an opponent like Bjelica. Honestly though, guys still have the nerve to go into fights with 70% morale? I mean ok the last guy I called out on having low morale proved me wrong but he wasn't fighting Dragutin Bjelica. Well, I'll be spoiler listing this one to see whether low morale is part of the formula for success but I'm guessing not, on to the next fight!

MAIN CARD BOUT #3: Darren Frost (2-2) vs Hemmo Partanen (2-0)

When power meets precision Darren Frost is made. He has never missed with a head punch on the outside and he has never needed more than five to end a fight. The 25 year old Canadian native's career got off to an unfortunate start, losing two fights in a row via TKO but he has managed to turn it all around as his manager has found an amazing way to utilize his skillset. He is currently on a two fight win streak, winning those fights by knockout in the first round. He is a wonderful Thai boxer with decent wrestling and he also has the 1 cm reach advantage over his opponent. Hemmo Partanen's whole career has been like his opponent's last two fights, with two amazing TKO wins. The Finnish fighter will be having just his second Thibodeaux's Rogues fight and is already a too contender for the Middleweight title, I think haha. He is an amazing outside striker boasting wonderful boxing with wrestling on the same level as his opponent's.

MAIN CARD BOUT #2: Skritskrat Songsiskrat (2-1) vs Landau Aisland (1-1)

The Tongue Twister is back in action looking to dismantle Loinbreaker in a lightweight bout. After his debut loss to Clint Rivers in TR02: Dashing Thru Ya Home, Songsiskrat has went on a nice run, ending his last two fights by first round knockouts. His highlight reel moment was in his last fight where he landed an amazing superman punch that had his opponent John Snake out cold in the middle of the octagon. He's a superb striker with over 80% head punch accuracy and 80% combo accuracy, which is crazy since not many people can land combos that frequently. He also has a big heart which he showed in his debut when he was taking a lot of punishment early on from his opponent but still went on to the third round where he was finally put down unfortunately. Landau Aisland is perhaps the most boring fighter (statistically) on the main card. He's had two fights so far, both going the full distance with him winning one and losing the other. Now, I said "boring" not "ineffective" because last time we saw him fight we witnessed what a style like his can achieve if used correctly, and by "used correctly" I totally mean spamming sub attempts (he had 34 sub attempts lol) and hoping for the best. He, like his opponent, has a big heart however because he was rocked very early in his last fight but he still went on to dominate the fight. We'll see who has the upper hand in this striker vs grappler showdown.

MAIN CARD BOUT #1: John Dory (3-1) vs Stanislav Shusharin (2-2)

Ah, John Dory, the guy who almost ruined my reputation as a writer when he TKO'ed a guy while fighting with low morale goes up against Stanislav Shusharin, a Russian I wish puts Dory down for coming into a fight once again on low morale. Oh, can you believe this shit, Shusharin also has low morale! Now I want both these guys to lose if possible. Despite his low motivation to fight John Dory is actually on a two fight run where he put down both his opponents in the first round. I'm telling you, if this guy went into a fight fully motivated he'd end it in under 10 seconds! (Now get motivated man) Stanislav Shusharin is a wonderful boxer who'd have a great chance of winning if he came into this one prepared, honestly. He seems to have not yet recovered mentally from the humiliation he received from Chris Abbot so I pray for his speedy recovery. I swear these guys just dropped my motivation to continue on with this preview so imma end it in this ugly fashion, but I'm legit interested to see who wins this one.
