The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bare misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Panda Bare seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Benoit moves out of range of the strikes.
Bare ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Nice cross by Bare.
Bare stuffs the takedown attempt from Benoit. Benoit gets slowly back to his feet.
A jab from Bare finds it's way through Benoit's defenses.
Benoit fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bare avoids it really well and circles away.

Benoit has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Benoit there as he acknowledges the shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
