The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Destroyer drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Destroyer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Destroyer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ralcha swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ralcha utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Destroyer with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Destroyer postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Well Ralcha has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Oliveira walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Carlos Oliveira has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gaines takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Oliveira wants to land a leg kick but Gaines is out of range.
Gaines fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Carlos Oliveira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oliveira looks gassed!
Gaines connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Oliveira tumbling to the canvas! Gaines pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Oliveira was done - good stoppage!
