The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lockdown avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lockdown avoids the body shot from Kane.
Kane tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lockdown swivels and escapes.
Lockdown throws a series of punches but Kane moves out of range.
Kane dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Lockdown misses with a double jab.

Kane moves into range and clinches up with Lockdown.
Kane is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Kane tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Lockdown throws a nice looking combination but Kane bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lockdown fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kane manages to avoid it.

Kane closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lockdown did well to prevent Kane getting side control.

Kane wants to take a breather but Lockdown is having none of it.
Lockdown is trying to control but can't.
Lockdown is refusing to be controlled, as Kane sits in half guard.

Lockdown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kane. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kane seems to be looking for submissions.

Kane is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lockdown doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kane.
Lockdown tries to get to full guard but Kane has control of the leg.

Kane is working for an americana but Lockdown has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Kane was thinking about the submission.
Lockdown keeping moving, preventing Kane from controlling successfully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Chico Lockdown will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lockdown pushes off an throws an elbow but Kane leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Kane drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lockdown pulls his leg out and moves away.
Kane tries to clinch up.

and Lockdown counters with a good low kick that Kane was not able to check.
Lockdown throws a sloppy head kick and Kane moves out of range easily.

Kane steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lockdown.
Lockdown throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Kane swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kane misses with a wild body shot.

Kane scores with a takedown into Lockdown's guard.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Johnson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Spiller - the referee stops the clock and Johnson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Spiller. Johnson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Spiller lands with an overhand left.
Spiller tries a head kick but it misses.
Spiller ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Spiller scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Spiller scores with a jab.

Johnson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Spiller fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spiller throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Johnson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Spiller dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Johnson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Spiller tries to avoid it but Johnson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Spiller to the ground. Spiller escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Spiller lands a nice hook to Johnson's body. Johnson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Johnson looks gassed!
Spiller lands with an uppercut that bounces Johnson off the cage and back into rage.

Johnson walks straight into a right hand from Spiller - that's dropped him! Spiller jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Johnson from any more punishment! Johnson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
