The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tw uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pillavino.
Tw takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like Henri Tw has been cut.
Pillavino tries for a takedown but Tw circles away easily

and Tw counters with a single leg into guard. Pillavino didn't expect that.

Tw drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Pillavino dives on top into guard.

Tw is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pillavino is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Tw has hold of Pillavino's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Pillavino tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Tw cranks the arm and Pillavino screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Pillavino, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Elvis Poluga.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Poluga, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
