The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Walsh swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Walsh digs a good hook to Silva's body.
Silva misses with a takedown attempt - Walsh sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Silva takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Junior Silva has been cut.
Walsh paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Walsh steps in with a hook that catches Silva right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Walsh follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Silva looks absolutely devastated.
