The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves stuffs the takedown attempt from Alfred. Alfred gets slowly back to his feet.

Alves is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
