The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcilazo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Perseus defends it nicely.
Perseus cracks Garcilazo's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Garcilazo slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Perseus can do further damage! This one is done, son!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Tucker enables Penn to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tucker manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Tucker is looking to stand up but Penn isn't so interested in that idea.
Penn slips nicely into half guard.
