The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Hazlett.

Hazlett swings around for an armbar but Adams sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Hazlett's guard.
Hazlett really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Hazlett escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Adams gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hazlett is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Adams defends well.
Hazlett will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Adams got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hazlett has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Adams has managed to get both his arms back between Hazlett's legs - danger averted.

Hernandez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Query manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Query lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hernandez has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hernandez and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
