Tavarez throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tavarez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Parker circles away quickly and effectively.

Tavarez throws a solid leg kick but Parker takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Tavarez.
Parker takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Tavarez throws a right hand that Parker ducks under and follows up with a left that Parker also avoids with ease.
Parker takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Rex Parker's cut is getting worse.
Tavarez lands with a cross.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tavarez misses with a straight left.
Tavarez lands a glancing blow to the side of Parker's head.

Rex Parker's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Parker could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Tavarez cracks Parker with an uppercut from hell and Parker crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Tavarez's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rex Parker's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Darko feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends ecko sprawling to the canvas! ecko rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Darko finish him?!

ecko is rocked!

It looks like mark ecko has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
ecko switches off momentarily and Darko cracks him with a monster right hand! ecko topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Darko dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Darko!

Chan bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A combination from Haikas does no damage.
A left and a right from Haikas both land. Nice combination.
Haikas thuds his right hand into Chan's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Chan is rocked!
Haikas throws an uppercut from hell that sends Chan clean off his feet! He's out cold! Haikas stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Fisher is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Auditore has latched onto it... Big trouble! Auditore pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Fisher is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Auditore!
