The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDugan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Farfan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Farfan lands in his opponent's guard.

McDugan leaves Farfan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jefferson Farfan.

I think Alexander might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Forever by Drake. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Yataki is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Winchester is surviving well by controlling Yataki's body position as best he can.

Yataki is working for a rear naked choke. Winchester is not defending it well and Yataki has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Winchester refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Winchester's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
