The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee fails to land with a series of punches.
Lee feints a jab promting Van Buren to slip. Lee then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Van Buren slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Van Buren tries to clinch up but Lee circles away and keeps his distance.
Lee keeps Van Buren at a distance using the push kick.

Lee lands a big head kick that sends Van Buren tumbling to the mat! Lee takes a step backwards and waves Van Buren back to his feet - he wants the finish!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Van Buren is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Van Buren is still on wobbly legs! Can Lee finish him?
Van Buren tries to close the distance and clinch but Lee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Van Buren seems to have recovered his senses.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lee tries to land a front kick but Van Buren steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Van Buren get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Van Buren stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Lee runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Nice sprawl there from Oswalt as Noisewater shoots in.

Mike quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Mike but it's paid off an Cardinal is forced to tap! Nice work by Mike.

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dustin Hazlett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoshihiro Iwamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hazlett might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Crank that Travis Barker Remix. Dustin Hazlett had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds.
