Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between matt hamill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garcilazo inc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcilazo inc struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.9lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
hamill fails to land the takedown.

hamill clinches up with inc and pushes him back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on inc's face as he tries to break the clinch.
hamill takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like matt hamill has been cut.
hamill is trying to break the clinch but inc is controlling him.
hamill wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but inc has him pressed against the cage.
inc fails to pull the fight into his guard.

hamill has clasped his hands together around inc's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
inc pushes hamill away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, hamill gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
