Barrera feints and as Hansen raises his hands in defense, Barrera changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Barrera stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hansen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hansen seems keen to control Barrera's posture.

Barrera drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hansen manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Barrera has Hansen in his guard.

Hansen wants to stand but Barrera is controlling his posture from full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hansen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Barrera is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Hansen has his hands clasped together but Barrera extends an breaks Hansen's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Barrera.
