The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cage misses with the combination.
Lenin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cage tries to avoid it but Lenin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cage to the ground. Cage escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cage scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lenin in his tracks.

Lenin moves into the clinch.
Lenin tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Cage smiles and moves away.
Lenin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Xander Cage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kristoph Lenin.
Cage ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lenin blocks a low kick nicely.
A punch combination from Cage misses.
Cage scores with a one two! Lenin had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Xander Cage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lenin takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Cage connects with a nice cross there... Lenin is looking wobbly and Cage recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Lenin to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Cage jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

WHEELER comes to the cage accompanied by if you want blood(you got it) by ac/dc. Sylus Kilmister told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!
