Whitten has a takedown stuffed.
Whitten tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Qura paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Whitten goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Qura rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Whitten's guard! Nice work there by Qura!

Landon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Beautiful People. Ricardo Silva had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Silva looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Landon shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.
Silva uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Landon.
Landon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silva is fending him off so far but Landon persists. Nope, Silva circles away and we're back to standing.
Landon shoots in but no luck this time.

Hill is looking to improve his position but Luikku isn't that keen on the idea.

Luikku goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Hill turns into him and now he's in Luikku's guard.
Hill won't allow Luikku to sweep him here.
Hill is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Luikku tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Luikku has hold of Hill's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Hill tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Luikku cranks the arm and Hill screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Hill, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

No joy there for The Dinosaur, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A jab-cross combination lands for The Dinosaur and sends Lucas crashing to the mat! The Dinosaur follows him down to the mat - Lucas regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Kane Lucas has been cut.

The Dinosaur throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lucas.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
